Shadows

A bounce shadow example would be the redblades hue would go to his legs by using a fuzzy brush with lowered opacity then drawing on his front leg
The core shadow is where it all begins, behind his bowtie i did it by darkening his back and behind his hands. The occlusion shadow is under his legs where the dark part is in the forest if you look you can see where i darkened it around his body in the back and under his arms. The cast shadow is the part that drags off the occlusion shadow like behind him in general is behind his back and near his left foot. The highlight is on his belly showing the difference between lighting i made that by having different shades of darkness is different layers.

I used the fuzzy brush for all of these and i put all of these on different layers

Lighting

the shaded parts are behind the light while the lightened parts are well closer to the key light witch is in the top right of the roomi did that one by taking the solid circle and by using the color white in the corner it looks like its a lighter corner but of course the white was turned into overlay mode for a proper shading

The rim light is in back of him like his legs are darkened by his body because its blocking them i used the fuzzy brush for all the lighting because it provides a certain pinpoint
